HealthTAG / How It Works
Connect → Standardize → Identify → Authorize → Exchange → Audit
Each layer has a distinct responsibility from data ingestion through authorized exchange and auditability.
1. Connect
HIS data enters the FHIR layer through a hospital IT script or HealthTAG FHIR Transformer.
2. Standardize
Clinical information is represented as HL7 FHIR R4 so downstream systems share a common structure.
3. Identify
HealthTAG Module links hospital-local patient identities with PromptCare ID across providers.
4. Authorize
The system verifies whether the requester may access the requested information for the permitted period.
5. Exchange
FHIR data is returned only through an authorized request path.
6. Audit
Consent and access events are recorded for later verification.
