HAPI FHIR Server implements HL7 FHIR R4 with PostgreSQL as the persistence layer.
API boundary
Kong API Gateway protects the HAPI FHIR API while HealthTAG Module, or Hospital API, runs inside the hospital network.
FHIR Transformer scope
The currently described Transformer implementation creates Patient, AllergyIntolerance, Encounter, and MedicationDispense resources.
