Where clinical data lives
Clinical records remain in hospital FHIR infrastructure and are not stored as medical records on the blockchain.
Access authorization
HealthTAG Module runs inside the hospital network, and the current authorization window lasts 15 minutes.
Immutable ledger
Blockchain records consent and access events as a tamper-resistant history. It does not replace authentication, encryption, or API security.
